摘　　要：目的观察Botox微滴注射法对于提升下面部及紧致颈部皮肤的临床效果。方法2018年6月至2019年12月用Botox微滴注射法治疗下面部及颈部皮肤松弛患者115例(其中111为女性,4例为男性,年龄20~65岁),将稀释后的Botox(1 mL生理盐水中含有20单位的A型肉毒毒素)通过微滴法注射于求美者的下颌缘区及颈部的皮内或者皮下浅层,观察对该区域皮肤的提升、紧致效果。结果注射1个月后,下面部皮肤下垂情况均得到改善,下颌缘轮廓线更加清晰,颈部松弛皮肤变得紧致,颈纹变浅,108例患者表示满意。结论Botox微滴注射法对于改善下面部及颈部皮肤老化有较好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Botox microdrop injection on improving the skin of lower face contour and neck.Methods From June 2018 to December 2019,a total of 115 beauty seekers(111 female and 4 male,aged 20-65 years)were treated with Botox microdrop injection.The diluted Botox(1 mL normal saline containing 20 units of botulinum toxin A)was injected into the subcutaneous or superficial layer of the marginal area of the mandible and neck by microdrop method,and the lifting and tightening effect of Botox on the skin in this area was observed.Results After one month of injection,the skin sagging of the lower face contour was improved,the contour line of the mandibular margin became clearer,the loose skin of the neck became tight,and the neck lines became shallower.The effect was satisfactory in 108 beauty seekers.Conclusion Botox microdrop injection has a good therapeutic effect on the aging,relaxation and sagging of the lower face contour and neck skin.
