摘　　要：分裂痣又称接吻痣、分形眼痣或熊猫痣,是一种罕见的先天性皮肤异常,发生于上、下眼睑边缘的相对位置。关于这一罕见先天性皮肤异常的文献很少,大多数关于该疾病过程的认识来自孤立的病例报道和少部分系列病例报道。本综述旨在总结针对眼睑分裂痣的治疗时机和基本治疗方案。文献中报道的大多数分裂痣是中等大小的黑素细胞皮内型。在所有已阅读的病例中有6例恶性转化。文献中描述了许多重建方法,包括一期重建和多阶段重建贯续治疗。本文综述了重建这些复杂缺陷的基本方法,但最终的个体化治疗方案仍须根据具体情况而定。Divided nevus,also known as"kissing nevus","split ocular nevus"or"panda nevus",is a rare congenital dermatological abnormality that occurs at opposite margins of the upper and lower eyelids.There is paucity of literature on this rare congenital skin abnormality,and most knowledge of the disease process comes from isolated case reports and few series reports.The purpose of this review is to summarize the timing and basic treatment of divided nevus of eyelid.Most mitotic nevi reported in the literature are of medium-size intradermal melanocyte type.Majority of divided nevi included in this review were medium sized and of the melanocytic intradermal type.Malignant transformation occurred in 6 of all the cases read.A number of reconstruction approaches have been described in the literature,including one-stage reconstruction and multi-stage sequential reconstruction.In this review,a basic approach to reconstructing these complex defects was proposed,although ultimately individuation treatment depends on the surgeon’s own choice.
