摘　　要：面部脂肪室在衰老过程中位面部置下移、容积发生变化,相关研究更新了对面部解剖及面部衰老机制的认识。针对脂肪室进行容积填充和位置提升,可有效改善面部的衰老表现。本文就中面部脂肪室的解剖,及其在衰老过程中位置和容积的变化,以及相关的填充和提升手术的效果进行综述。Research on facial fat compartments has renewed the recognition of facial anatomy and aging process.Both descent and volumetric shift of facial fat compartments occur in the process of aging.Fat-compartment-targeted lipofilling and facelift have achieved satisfactory results.In this paper,the anatomy of midfacial fat compartments,the volume and position changes in the process of aging,and the clinical outcomes of facelift and lipofilling targeting on midfacial fat compartments were all reviewed,the drawbacks of current studies were summarized and the future research direction was prospected.
