摘 要:针对南非某低品位菱锰矿石开展了悬浮焙烧—浸出强化试验研究。结果表明,在焙烧温度为700℃、焙烧时间为20 min、焙烧气氛为N2条件下,焙烧产品锰含量可由23.05%提升至28.21%。焙烧产品在浸出时间30 min,浸出温度60℃、浸出酸过量系数1.1、浸出液固比为10 mL/g的浸出条件下,可获得94.24%的浸出率指标。通过X射线衍射和BET检测,查明焙烧过程中矿物物相和微观结构的演变规律,研究结果可以为菱锰矿高效利用提供理论依据和技术支撑。The suspension roasting and leaching strengthening test was carried out for low-grade rhodochrosite from South Africa. The results show that the TMn content of the roasted product can be increased from 23. 05% to 28. 21% under the conditions of roasting temperature of 700 ℃,roasting duration of 20 min and roasting atmosphere of N_(2). Under the conditions of leaching duration of 30 min,leaching temperature of 60 ℃,leaching acid excess ratio of 1. 1 and leaching liquid-solid ratio of 10 mL/g,the leaching rate of roasted product can reach 94. 24%. The evolution of mineral phase and microstructure during roasting process was found out by X-ray diffraction and BET test,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for efficient utilization of rhodochrosite.
