摘 要:为探究相邻复杂矿体开采过程与地表稳定性的时空规律,提出了考虑开采过程的Flac3D三维数值模拟计算方法。以冷水坑银铅锌矿田内3座相邻且中段下降速度不同的矿山为例,建立了银珠山矿业、银海矿业、鲍家矿业的矿体与围岩模型。通过井下调查、钻探取样、室内试验,获得了矿岩/充填体的物理力学参数,根据井田内各矿山的排采计划,设计了符合实际情况的计算工况并进行了数值模拟计算。研究结果表明:(1)冷水坑银铅锌矿田各矿山采用嗣后充填采矿法且保证充填质量的前提下,矿体开采对地表无显著不利影响;(2)开采过程与地表变形参数在时空上呈双参数指数函数递增规律,且在2025—2035年和2037—2041年两个重点生产时段可能出现地表变形显著增大的情况。研究成果对于冷水坑银铅锌矿田内的矿山开采方案设计、安全生产管理具有一定的参考意义。In order to analyze the temporal and spatial rules of the mining process and surface stability of adjacent complex orebodies,the Flac3D 3D numerical simulation calculation method considering the mining process was proposed.Taking three adjacent mines in the Lengshuiken Silver-lead-zinc Orefield with different middle drop rates as examples,the orebody and surrounding rock models of Yinzhushan Mining Company,Yinhai Mining Company and Baojia Mining Company were established.Through underground investigation,drilling sampling and laboratory test,the physical and mechanical parameters of the rock/backfill body were obtained.According to the mining drainage plan of each mine in the well field,the calculation working condition that conforms to the actual situation was designed and the numerical simulation was carried out.The study results show that:(1)Under the premise that the mining method with subsequent backfill is adopted in all mines of Lengshuikeng Silver-lead-zinc Orefield and the backfill quality is guaranteed,there is no significant adverse effect on the surface;(2)The mining process and surface deformation parameters show a double parameter exponential function increasing law in time and space,and the surface deformation is likely to increase significantly in the two key production periods of 2025—2035 and 2037—2041.The study results have a certain reference significance for the mining scheme design and safety production management in the Lengshuikeng Silver-lead-zinc Orefield.
