摘  要:以含氢双封头(1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷)和端环氧烯丙基聚醚为原料,通过氯铂酸的催化,以硅氢加成的方法制得聚醚嵌段双端环氧改性硅油封端剂(PESC),并将其应用于氨基硅油的改性中。研究加料顺序、物料比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对硅氢转化率和产物外观的影响,并对产物进行表征。结果表明:在n(含氢双封头)∶n(端环氧烯丙基聚醚)=1.0∶2.3、氯铂酸用量0.4%、90℃反应5 h的条件下,硅氢转化率达到90%。改性能显著提高氨基硅油的稳定性,且改性氨基硅油整理后的织物亲水性、白度都得到改善,手感保持不变。Polyether block double terminated epoxy siloxane end capping agent(PESC)was prepared by hydrosilylation with 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane and epoxy terminated allyl polyether as raw materials,catalyzed by chloroplatinic acid,and applied to the modification of amino silicone oil.The effects of feeding sequence,material ratio,amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on silicon hydrogen conversion and product appearance were investigated,and the products were characterized.The results showed that under the conditions of n(hydrogen containing double head)∶n(epoxy allyl polyether)=1.0∶2.3,the dosage of chloroplatinic acid was 0.4%,reacted at 90℃for 5 h,the silicon hydrogen conversion could reach 90%.After being used to modify amino silicone oil,the stability of amino silicone oil could be significantly improved,and the hydrophilicity and whiteness of the finished fabric could be improved,and the hand feel remained unchanged.
