摘　　要：采用阳离子红X-6B对Porel氨纶包芯纱进行常压染色,研究了色纱内中外层的表观颜色深度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度、耐日晒色牢度以及强力损失,对比了Porel氨纶包芯纱和棉氨纶包芯纱的生产成本。结果表明,Porel氨纶包芯纱可以在常压下进行阳离子染料染色,纱线内中外层色差较小,耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度均达到4.5级及以上,耐日晒色牢度达到6~7级,且纱线强力损失较小。与棉氨纶包芯纱相比,每吨Porel氨纶包芯纱的生产成本减少696.32元,综合成本节省35%。Cationic red X-6B was used to dye Porel spandex core spun yarns under atmospheric pressure.The apparent color depth,color fastness to rubbing,color fastness to soaping,color fastness to sunlight and strength loss of the inner,middle and outer layers of colored yarn were studied.The production cost of Porel spandex core spun yarns were compared with that of cotton spandex core spun yarns.The results showed that Porel spandex core spun yarns could be dyed with cationic dye at atmospheric pressure.The color difference between inner and outer yarns was negligible,the color fastness to rubbing and soaping reached4.5 level or above.Additionally,the color fastness to sunlight reached 6~7 level,and the yarn strength loss was very slight.Compared with cotton polyurethane core spun yarn,the production cost of each ton of Porel polyurethane core spun yarn was reduced by 696.32 yuan,and the overall cost was saved by 35%.
