顶空-气相色谱法测定烷基糖苷中2种典型的残留脂肪醇

摘  要:建立了一种快速测定烷基糖苷(APG)中2种典型残留脂肪醇正辛醇(C8)与正葵醇(C10)的顶空-气相色谱分析方法。以50%N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-水混合溶液作为溶剂,样品稀释溶解后经80℃、30 min顶空加热,利用DB-624中等极性色谱柱(30.00 m×0.53 mm×3.00μm)分离和FID检测器检测。该方法正辛醇(C8)的检出限(S/N=3)与定量限(S/N=10)分别为2、10 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.1%,加标回收率为95.5%~100.7%;正葵醇(C10)的检出限(S/N=3)与定量限(S/N=10)分别为10、20 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为2.4%,加标回收率为90.1%~100.2%。该方法定量准确、操作简便、消耗少量试剂、成本低,适用于大批量样品同时检测。HS-GC analysis method for the rapid determination of two typical residual fatty alcohol N-octanol(C8)and N-decanol(C10)in alkyl polyglucoside(APG)was established.50%N,N-dimethylformamide-water mixed solution was used as general solvent,the samples were diluted and heated with 80℃,30 min by HSGC,separated by DB-624 medium polar column(30.00 m×0.53 mm×3.00μm)and detected by FID detector.For N-octanol(C8),the detection limit(S/N=3)and the quantitative limit(S/N=10)were 2,10 mg/L respectively,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)was 1.1%,and the standard recovery rate was 95.5%~100.7%.For N-decanol(C10),the detection limit(S/N=3)and the quantitative limit(S/N=10)were 10,20 mg/L respectively,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)was 2.4%,and the standard recovery rate was 90.1%~100.2%.The method had the advantages of accurate quantification,simple operation,small amount of reagent consumption and low cost.It was suitable for simultaneous detection of large batches of samples.
