摘 要:利用3D打印技术制备功能梯度材料成为研究热点,但仍需要一种可以实现材料的梯度变化与组分自定义设计的建模方法来设计杂材料分布或仿生结构的功能梯度材料模型。鉴于此,本文提出基于多点梯度源与B样条曲面节点结合的功能梯度材料建模方法,根据功能梯度材料设计原则,在材料空间内建立B样条曲面,并将梯度源中心放置曲面节点上构建材料模型,根据材料分布结构,将材料空间映射至工件几何空间中,得到复杂结构功能梯度材料模型。以Visual Studio2019为建模系统开发平台,通过3D打印实验验证了该方法的正确性与可行性。The fabrication of functionally graded materials using 3D printing technology has become a research hotspot.However,a modeling method that can realize gradient change of materials and customized design of components is still needed to design the functional gradient material model of the distribution of miscellaneous materials or bionic structures.The functionally graded materials modeling method based on the combination of multi-point gradient source and B-spline surface gradient nodes was proposed.According to the principle of functionally graded materials design,B-spline surface in material space was established,and the center of the gradient source was placed at the surface node to construct material model.Based on the material distribution structure,the material space was mapped to the workpiece geometry space to obtain a complex structure functionally graded materials model.By taking Visual Studio 2019 as the modeling system development platform,the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method was verified through 3D printing experiments.
