摘 要:皮肤病严重影响患者的正常生活,现有的临床治疗方法不能完全满足患者需求,因此亟需新的有效的治疗方法。中药在治疗皮肤病方面具有较好的作用,但中药难溶性活性成分多、分子量大且渗透性差,许多药物不适合经皮给药。采用新型纳米递送系统可改善药物的性质,扩大经皮给药的适用范围。本文通过对各种新型纳米递送系统及其在多种皮肤病中的应用进行综述,为中药难溶性成分有效经皮给药提供参考。The currently high incidence of skin diseases impacts the normal life of patients,but the clinical treatments may not meet their needs,which is why novel and promising approaches are urgently needed.Traditional Chinese medicines are highly effective against skin diseases,but some of them are unsuitable for transdermal administration due to insolubility,high molecular weight and poor permeability.A novel nano delivery system can improve the properties of drugs to increase the applications of transdermal drug delivery.In this paper,various nano-delivery systems and their applications in numerous skin diseases are reviewed in order to provide reference for effective transdermal delivery of insoluble traditional Chinese medicines.
