高原部队巡诊药材保障模式实践

摘　　要：通过对西藏高海拔地区巡诊的药材保障实践总结经验,结合巡回医疗服务队工作的实际开展和反馈,紧跟高原疾病药物治疗进展,提出药材保障模式及种类数量配备方案,分析汇总药材配备实施策略,重点配备防治高原多发病、常见病的药材,确保巡回医疗服务顺利开展。本次药材保障模式的实践经验总结,旨在为高海拔地区实施诊疗任务提供有力保障,同时为今后高海拔地区执行医疗任务提供参考依据。The experience related to the supply of pharmaceuticals on tours of health care services in Tibet was summarized by reviewing the actual work and feedback about such services.Based on the advances in medications for high-altitude diseases,ways to ensure the supply of pharmaceuticals and amounts and types of pharmaceuticals needed were proposed.Strategies for allocation of pharmaceuticals were analyzed.It was recommended that pharmaceuticals for prevention and treatment of frequently-occurring and common diseases on the plateau be prioritized to facilitate these tours.The summarization of experience regarding the modes of supply of pharmaceuticals is expected to provide data for related services.
