摘　　要：目的探讨2例产科青霉素皮试阳性患者的药学监护要点。方法临床药师参与产科1例妊娠期李斯特菌感染,1例B族链球菌感染患者在青霉素皮试阳性情况下的药学监护,协助医师制定治疗方案。结果患者病情好转出院。结论临床药师在妊娠期、哺乳期患者的治疗中可发挥药学专业优势,保障患者用药安全性。Objective To explore the priorities of pharmaceutical care for two obstetric patients with positive skin test of penicillin.Methods A clinical pharmacist adjusted the treatment regimen and delivered pharmaceutical care for one case of listeria infection and one case of group B streptococcus infection during pregnancy with positive penicillin skin test.Results The patients were discharged from hospital after improvement.Conclusion During the treatment of special populations with pregnancy and lactation,clinical pharmacists can give full play to their knowledge of pharmacy to ensure the safety of medication in patients.
