摘 要:目的 测定1~5月天台乌药新生嫩叶与老叶中槲皮素的含量,并进行比较研究,为今后乌药叶的开发和临床应用提供参考。方法 以4.0%盐酸甲醇溶液为溶剂,80℃水浴加热45 min分解,其中液料比为100∶1提取样品,以高效液相色谱法测定乌药叶中槲皮素的含量,并比较其差异。结果 1~5月天台乌药新生嫩叶与老叶槲皮素含量比较,槲皮素含量以1月中旬老叶最高,为13.0 mg·g^(-1);1~5月老叶的槲皮素含量逐渐减少,而乌药嫩叶的槲皮素含量则会随着生长周期增长而增长;生长周期低于2个月的新生嫩叶,其槲皮素含量少于同时期的老叶。结论 天台产乌药叶新生嫩叶与老叶槲皮素含量区别显著,槲皮素的含量随生长时间的不同有较大差异。叶内槲皮素含量变化应是一个从无到有,再逐步衰减的变化过程。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of quercetin in the newborn and old leaves of Tiantai Lindera aggregata(Sims)kosterm from January to May, and conduct comparative studies to provide a reference for the development and clinical application of Tiantai Lindera aggregata(Sims) kosterm leaves in the future.METHODS 4.0% methanol hydrochloride solution was used as the solvent, and the water bath at 80 ℃ was heated for 45 min to decompose, and the liquid-to-material ratio was 100∶1 to extract the sample, and the content of quercetin in the leaves of Lindera aggregata(Sims) kosterm was determined by high performance liquid chromatography and the differences were compared.RESULTS From January to May, the content of quercetin in the newborn young leaves of Tiantai Lindera aggregata(Sims) kosterm and quercetin in the old leaves was the highest in mid-January, which was 13.0 mg·g^(-1).From January to May, the quercetin content of the old leaves gradually decreases, while the quercetin content of the young leaves will increase with the growth cycle;Newborn young leaves with a growth cycle of less than 2 months have less quercetin content than old leaves in the same period.CONCLUSION The content of quercetin in the leaves of Tiantai Lindera aggregata(Sims) kosterm is significantly different from that of the old leaf quercetin, and the content of quercetin varies greatly with the growth time.The change of quercetin content in leaves should be a process of change from scratch and then gradually decay.
