摘  要:目的 以灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙为专属性物质,建立检测方法对银翘解毒丸中山银花替代金银花进行鉴别研究。方法 采用HPLC-ELSD法对制剂50%甲醇提取液进行分析,并用UPLC-MS/MS法进行验证。结果 建立的HPLC-ELSD法和UPLC-MS/MS法测定灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙,线性良好,加样回收率分别为101.8%和97.2%,RSD值分别为1.4%和1.9%。此外,35批银翘解毒丸样品中,有7批检测出灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙,存在违规投料情况。结论 该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于银翘解毒丸中山银花替代金银花投料鉴别的分析。OBJECTIVE Establishment of testing methods to identify on YinQiao JieDu Pills in Lonicerae Flos alternative Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,which using macranthoidin B as the target substance. METHODS The HPLCELSD was used to analyze the formulation 50% methanol extract,and verified with UPLC-MS/MS. RESULTS The established HPLC-ELSD method and UPLC-MS/MS method were used to determine macranthoidin B with the good linearity,and the recoveries of the sample were 101. 8% and 97. 2%,respectively,and the RSD values were 1. 4% and 1. 9%,respectively. In addition,among 35 batches of Yin Qiao JieDu Pills,7 batches were detected as containing macranthoidin B,indicating that there is a violation of the investment. CONCLUSION This method is simple,fast,accurate,and can be used in the identification research on YinQiao JieDu Pills in Lonicerae Flos alternative Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.
