摘　　要：目的 系统评价疏肝益阳胶囊对男性勃起功能障碍的有效性和安全性。方法 计算机检索Pubmed、Cochrane Library、中国知识资源总库(Cnki)、万方数据、维普网有关疏肝益阳胶囊对男性勃起功能障碍的研究,检索时间为建库至2021年12月,应用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta评价。结果 最后纳入12篇文献,共计1341例患者。Meta分析结果显示:疏肝益阳胶囊显著提高勃起功能障碍患者IIEF-5评分[MD=3.42,95%CI(2.60,4.25),P<0.01]和治疗总有效率[RR=1.42,95%CI(1.12,1.79),P<0.01],且不良反应更小[RR=0.38,95%CI(0.18,0.77),P<0.01],疏肝益阳胶囊虽然改善勃起功能障碍患者性生活满意度和每周性交频率,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 疏肝益阳胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍的效果较为可靠,且不良反应小,但由于纳入研究质量较低,仍需要更多高质量的随机对照试验验证该结论。OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of ShuGan YiYang capsule in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction(ED).METHODS Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Cnki, Wanfang and VIP database were used to search the trials on the effect of ShuGan YiYang capsule on male erectile dysfunction.Search time was retrieved until December 2021.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software.RESULTS A total of 1341 patients were included in 12 literatures.The results of Meta-analysis showed that ShuGan YiYang capsule significantly increased IIEF-5 score of ED patients [MD=3.42,95% CI(2.60,4.25),P<0.001]and treatment response rate [RR=1.42,95% CI(1.12,1.79),P<0.01].And the adverse reactions were lower [RR=0.32,95% CI(0.14,0.73),P<0.01].Although ShuGan YiYang capsule improved sexual satisfaction and weekly sexual intercourse frequency of ED patients, but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The effect of ShuGan YiYang capsule in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction is relatively reliable, while the adverse reactions are small.However, due to the low quality of the included studies, more high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to verify this conclusion.
