二氧化碳激光联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗丝状疣临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察二氧化碳激光联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗丝状疣的临床疗效。方法 将就诊入选的172例丝状疣患者按就诊顺序单、双号分为两组,对照组(86例)予液氮冷冻治疗后外涂复方炉甘石外用散,1日2次,连续3天,第4天起外涂夫西地酸乳膏,1日2次,连续7天。治疗组(86例)予二氧化碳激光治疗后先涂抹复方炉甘石外用散,1日2次,连续3天,第4天起外涂夫西地酸乳膏,1日2次,连续7天。治疗结束后对两组患者治疗效果、并发症、皮肤修复情况进行观察、比对、评估。结果 治疗2周后,治疗组的痊愈率(88.37%)和有效率(100%)均高于对照组(55.81%和90.70%),(χ^(2)=22.66,8.39;P<0.01)。治疗组18例(20.93%)和对照组34例(39.53%)在治疗结束后皮损部位及其周边出现轻微肿胀感和领圈样红晕、灼热或刺痛、偶伴色素沉着或浅表疤痕等,症状较轻,无需特殊处理;治疗结束12周后,两组患者均复诊,治疗组的皮损修复情况,明显优于对照组。结论 二氧化碳激光联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗丝状疣起效快,有利于创面修复,愈合好,安全性强,副反应少,能更好的提高疗效和有效防止复发,可供在临床推广借鉴。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of carbon dioxide laser combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of filiform warts.METHODS 172 patients with filiform warts were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.The control group(86 cases) were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and then coated with compound calamine powder twice a day for 3 consecutive days.On the fourth day, they were coated with fusidic acid cream twice a day for 7 consecutive days.The treatment group(86 cases) was treated with carbon dioxide laser and then applied with compound calamine powder twice a day for 3 consecutive days.From the fourth day, fusidic acid cream was applied twice a day for 7 consecutive days.After treatment, the treatment effect, complications and skin repair of the two groups were observed, compared and evaluated.RESULTS After 2 weeks of treatment, the cure rate(88.37%) and effective rate(100%) in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(55.81% and 90.70%)(χ^(2)=22.66,8.39;P<0.01).After treatment, 18 cases(20.93%) in the treatment group and 34 cases(39.53%) in the control group had slight swelling, ring like blush, burning or tingling, pigmentation and superficial scar at the skin lesion site and its periphery.The symptoms were mild and did not need special treatment;12 weeks after the end of treatment, the patients in both groups were revisited.The repair of skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.CONCLUSION Carbon dioxide laser combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of filiform warts have a quick effect, are conducive to wound repair, have good healing, strong safety, less side effects, can better improve the curative effect and effectively prevent recurrence, which can be used for reference in clinical promotion.
