皮肤软组织开放性创伤抗菌药物预防应用的观察分析

摘　　要：目的 调查我院皮肤软组织开放性创伤的患者预防性使用抗菌药物情况,评估不同抗菌药物预防感染的效果及性价比。方法 抽取我院皮肤软组织开放性创伤患者病历,分为对照组(头孢唑啉、克林霉素)、头孢尼西组、左氧氟沙星组。对三组患者的感染情况、抗菌药物使用情况等进行统计分析。结果 三组间培养阳性率及感染率没有统计学差异。伤口大小和污染程度不同,其阳性培养率存在统计学差异。三组患者的抗菌药物使用时间存在统计学差异。结论 皮肤软组织开放性创伤预防性使用抗菌药物选择头孢唑啉更合适。OBJECTIVE To investigate the prophylactic use of antibiotics in patients with open skin and soft tissue trauma in our hospital, and to evaluate the effect and cost performance of different antibiotics in preventing infection.METHODS The medical records of patients with open wound of skin and soft tissue in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(cefazolin, clindamycin),cefnica group and levofloxacin group.The infection and use of antibiotics in the three groups were statistically analyzed.RESULTS There was no significant difference in culture positive rate and infection rate among the three groups.The positive culture rate was statistically different with different wound size and pollution degree.There was significant difference in the use time of antibiotics among the three groups.CONCLUSION Cefazolin is more suitable for the prophylactic use of antibiotics in open trauma of skin and soft tissue.
