注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的凝血功能评价研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠对凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)的影响。方法 选取8个不同原料药厂家的8批样品,将家兔随机分为8个给药组,并另设肝素钠注射液(1869单位/kg)作为阳性对照组,生理盐水作为阴性对照组,静脉给药5天后,取家兔血浆,用试剂盒检测PT及APTT的值。结果 各原料药厂的注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠对PT的影响较小,较正常值增幅均小于3 s,(P>0.05);而各原料药厂的注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠均能延长APTT的时间(P<0.05)。结论 注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠可能会延长APTT,对凝血功能产生影响。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection on prothrombin time(PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT).METHODS Elect 8 batches of samples from 8 dirreret raw material manufacturers, and randomly divide the rabbits into 8 administration groups, and set up heparin sodium injection(1869 units·g) as positive control group, and NS as negative control group.After 5 days of intravenous administration, rabbit plasma was taken, andthe values of PTand APTT were detected with the kit.RESULTS The cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodiumfor injection of various API factories had little effect on PT,andthe increase was less than 3 seconds from the normal value.The cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium could prolong the APTT time.CONCLUSION Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection may prolong APTT and affect coagulation function.
