我院门诊药房不合理处方分析

摘　　要：目的 了解我院门诊药房处方不合理情况,为促进和规范临床医师合理用药提供参考。方法 利用合理用药软件随机抽取我院门诊药房2021年9月~2022年2月门、急诊处方7352张,分析不合理处方情况。结果 7352张处方中,不合理处方362张,不合理率4.92%,主要包括适应症不适宜、遴选药物不适宜、联合用药不适宜、用法用量不适宜。结论 我院应改进和完善不合理处方的各项干预措施,提高处方质量和合理用药水平,保障患者用药安全、经济、有效。OBJECTIVE To understand the irrational prescription of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital, so as to provide reference for promoting and standardizing the rational use of drugs by clinicians.METHODS 7352 outpatient and emergency prescriptions were randomly selected from our outpatient pharmacy from September 2021 to February 2022 by using the rational drug use software, and the irrational prescriptions were analyzed.RESULTS Among the 7352 prescriptions, 362 were irrational, with the irrational rate of 4.92%,mainly including inappropriate indications, inappropriate selection of drugs, inappropriate combination of drugs, and inappropriate usage and dosage.CONCLUSION Our hospital should improve and perfect the intervention measures of irrational prescriptions, improve the quality of prescriptions and the level of rational drug use, and ensure the safety, economy and effectiveness of patients′ drug use.
