摘  要:矿山储量动态管理既是矿产资源储量管理的一部分,也是矿产资源监督管理的重要手段,在掌握矿产资源家底,促进矿产资源合理利用与保护方面发挥了不可替代的作用。在梳理我国矿山储量动态管理内容现状的基础上,分析总结了当前矿山储量动态管理存在的主要问题,如矿山储量管理于法有据,但操作性法规薄弱;矿山储量动态管理制度建设滞后,监督执行不够有力;矿山储量技术标准缺位,执行不统一;矿山储量管理信息化建设落后,服务功能差等。为有效解决这些问题,提出了加快技术标准体系建设,推进先进地质测量技术的推广和使用,建立矿山储量动态管理信息系统等政策建议。The dynamic management of mine reserves is not only an important part of mineral resource reserve management, but it is also an important means of supervision and management of mineral resources, it has played an irreplaceable role in finding out how many mineral resources there are and promoting the reasonable utilization and protection of mineral resources.On the basis of combing the current status of the dynamic management of mine reserves of our country, the main problems existing in the dynamic management of mine reserves are analyzed and summarized, such as mine reserves management has laws to follow, but operational regulations are weak;the construction of dynamic management system of mine reserves lags behind, and the supervision and implementation is insufficient;the technical standards for mine reserves are lacking and is not implemented uniformly;the information construction of mine reserves management is backward and its service function is poor etc. In order to solve these problems effectively, to accelerate the construction of technical standard system is put forward, the popularization and application of advanced geological surveying technology is being promoted, thepolicy recommendations are established such as dynamic management information system of mine reserves.
