摘  要:思山岭铁矿充填钻孔深度大,要求成孔垂直度高,先期施工的充填孔选用常规泥浆循环加直螺杆定向钻探工艺施工,受地层硬度高,研磨性强,可钻性差等因素影响,钻进过程中钻头损耗多,进尺缓慢,冬季施工螺杆损坏频繁,维修次数多,导致施工周期长,经济效益差等问题。经过分析研判,决定使用空气潜孔锤钻进工艺进行施工。该工艺通过压缩空气推动冲击器高速振动进而破碎岩石,具有进尺快、维修率低、受冬季影响小等优点,大大缩短了成孔周期,提高了成孔质量,钻探经济效益显著。The filling borehole in Sishanling Iron Mine has a large depth and requires a high verticality. The filling boreholes constructed in the early stage use conventional mud circulation and straight screw construction of directional drilling technology. The stratum with high hardness, strong abrasiveness, poor drillability and other factors, the bit loss of drilling process, slow footage, frequent screw damage and maintenance in winter, result in long construction period, poor economic benefits and other problems. After analysis and judgment, it was decided to use the air DTH hammer drilling technology for construction. The process uses compressed air to drive the impactor to vibrate at high speed and then break the rock. It has the advantages of fast footage, low maintenance rate, and little impact in winter. It greatly shortens the drilling cycle, improves the drilling quality, and has significant economic benefits.
