新时期我国高校运动训练专业发展的生态承载力研究

摘　　要：隶属于高等教育系统的高校运动训练专业的生态承载力具有客观性、可变性及多层次性的特点,资源承载力和环境承载力分别是其基础条件和约束条件。生态承载力是衡量高校运动训练专业发展速度和发展规模的重要指标,高校运动训练专业在发展规模、资金投入及社会就业环境对人才需要等方面必须协调平衡,过渡强调发展规模和资金投入都将导致其生态系统的失调。The ecological carrying capacity of the sports training major in colleges and universities affiliated to the higher education system has the characteristics of objectivity, variability and multi-level. The resource carrying capacity and the environmental carrying capacity are its basic conditions and constraints respectively. The ecological carrying capacity is an important indicator to measure the development speed and scale of the sports training profession in colleges and universities. The sports training major in colleges and universities must be coordinated and balanced in terms of development scale, capital investment, and the social employment environment for talents. The excessive emphasis on development scale and capital investment will lead to the imbalance of its ecosystem.
