慢性前列腺炎患者病耻感与临床症状的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解慢性前列腺炎患者病耻感现状,探讨其与临床症状之间的关系。方法于2020年9月-2021年6月采用一般资料调查表、中文版社会影响量表(SIS)、慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH-CPSI)对成都市某三甲医院泌尿外科诊治的慢性前列腺炎患者进行调查。结果共纳入230名慢性前列腺炎患者,病耻感总分为61.32±15.99,症状积分总分为25.20±4.97,均处于中上水平,多元回归分析显示,医疗费用支付方式、病程、自觉症状程度、疾病知晓程度是慢性前列腺炎患者病耻感的影响因素(Ρ<0.05)。相关性分析显示,慢性前列腺炎患者病耻感与症状积分呈高度正相关(r=0.824,Ρ<0.01)。结论慢性前列腺炎患者病耻感水平较高,且病耻感水平越高,临床症状越严重,临床应重视心理状况对慢性前列腺炎症状的影响,身心同治,促进疾病早日康复。Objective To understand the status of stigma in patients with chronic prostatitis and explore the relationship between stigma and clinical symptoms.Methods An investigation,including general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the social impact scale(SIS)and Chronic prostatitis Score Index(NIH-CPSI),was carried out in the patients with chronic prostatitis treated in urology department of a teratiary hospital in Chengdu from September 2020 to June 2021.Results A total of 230 patients with chronic prostatitis were included.The total score of stigma was 61.32±15.99,and the total score of symptom score was 25.20±4.97,both at the upper middle level.Multiple regression analysis showed that the mode of payment of medical expenses,the course of disease,the degree of conscious symptoms,and the degree of disease awareness were the influencing factors of stigma in patients with chronic prostatitis(Ρ<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there was a highly positive correlation between stigma and symptom score in chronic prostatitis patients(r=0.824,Ρ<0.01).Conclusions The level of stigma in patients with chronic prostatitis is higher.The higher the level of stigma,and the more serious the clinical symptoms.Clinical attention should be paid to the influence of psychological status on the symptoms of chronic prostatitis,performing body and mind treatment to promote the early recovery of the disease.
