摘  要:为解决某亚临界“W”型火焰锅炉因配煤掺烧后煤质变化而引起的受热面结焦、掉焦灭火问题,通过开展现场低氮燃烧器的改造和优化,增设翼墙防结焦风、靠近角部燃烧器的倾斜设计等,解决了该锅炉的结焦问题,取得了非常好的改造效果,特别是靠近角部燃烧器的倾斜设计可以对同类型锅炉的防结焦具有较好的借鉴意义。In order to solve the problem of boiler coking and coke extinguishing caused by the change of coal quality after coal blending in a subcritical‘W-type’ flame boiler. The transformation of low-nitrogen burners was carried out, and the anti-coking wind of wing wall and the tilt design of burner close to the corner were added. The coking problem of the boiler was solved, and the transformation effect was very good. In particular, the tilt design of burner close to the corner can provide a good reference for the boiler anti-coking of the same type of boilers.
