摘　　要：以某境外单循环燃机电站在IPP和EPC两类项目的厂用电核算为例,探讨如何在投标阶段合理地评估和设计厂用电率,从而提高投标方案的竞标能力并控制今后项目实施和运营期间的风险。The approaches of reasonable evaluation and design of the auxiliary power rate in the bidding based on an overseas single cycle gas turbine station in IPP and EPC projects is discussed to improve the bid competitiveness and risk control during the implementation and operation of the project in the future.
