摘  要:通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、低倍组织分析、非金属夹杂物分析、微观组织分析、强度校核计算等手段对某660 MW超超临界机组尖峰循环泵轴断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,断裂泵轴存在材质错用问题,不满足设计强度要求,钢中非金属夹杂物含量超标,调质处理质量不佳,微观组织不良,韧塑性较差。在交变应力作用下,发生瞬间脆性断裂。The reasons for the fracture of a peak circulation pump shaft of a 660MW ultra-supercritical unit were analyzed by means of macroscopic morphology observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance test,macrostructure analysis, nonmetallic inclusion analysis, microstructure observation and strength checking calculation.The results showed that the material of the fractured pump shaft has been incorrectly used, leading to the design strength requirement wasn’t meet. The excessive content of nonmetallic inclusions and the poor quality of quenching and tempering treatment of the fracture pump shaft resulted in the poor microstructure, plasticity and toughness. Under the alternating stress, the brittle fracture occurs in an instant.
