摘　　要：阐述了膜式水冷壁的基本结构和制造过程中要点,并针对水冷壁管系在制造及运输过程中容易损伤的问题,设计出一种可拆式支座和运输装置用于膜式水冷壁管系的制造、运输,优化了膜式水冷壁的制造工艺,可供同行参考。This paper introduces the basic structure of membrane water wall and the key points in the manufacturing process.Meanwhile,in view of the problem that the water wall tube bundle is easy to be damaged in the manufacturing and transportation process,a kind of removable support and transportation device is designed for the manufacturing and transportation of membrane water wall tube bundle.This device aims to optimize the manufacturing process of membrane water wall,and give it as a reference to our colleagues.
