摘　　要：技术变革的迅猛发展掀起一场数字化转型的浪潮,大学图书馆面临着服务创新与技术转型的机遇与挑战。文章建构大学图书馆数字化转型分析框架,从四个维度提出大学图书馆数字化转型的影响因素,针对大学图书馆数字化转型的影响因素进行实证分析。研究建议大学图书馆以价值创造为中心、以技术革新为引领、以组织建设为重点、以环境建设为支撑,全方位促进数字化转型。The rapid development of technological change has set off a wave of digital transformation.Academic libraries are faced with opportunities and challenges of service innovation and technological transformation.This paper constructs the analysis framework of academic library digital transformation(ALDT-TSOE),proposes the influencing factors of academic library digital transformation from four dimensions,and conducts an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of academic library digital transformation.It is suggested that academic libraries should take value creation as the center,technological innovation as the guide,organizational construction as the focus,and environmental construction as the support to promote the digital transformation in an all-round way.
