摘 要:建立了超高效液相色谱-电雾式检测法同时检测牙膏中月桂醇硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰肌氨酸钠等3种表面活性剂的方法.牙膏样品经甲醇水溶液(1∶1)提取后,以乙腈−50 mmol·L^(−1)乙酸铵水溶液为流动相,经C18反相色谱柱分离,电雾式检测器进行定量测定.结果表明,3种表面活性剂在10—2000 mg·L^(−1)范围内,具有良好的线性关系,线性回归系数(r)均大于0.999.在3个添加水平下,样品的平均回收率为94.32%—105.15%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.82%—1.40%,检出限(S/N=3)为1.98—3.75 mg·L^(−1).采用该方法对市售牙膏样品进行检测,检测结果符合产品背标,检出范围在未检出—2%.An ultra performance liquid chromatography-charged aerosol detector method was developed for the determination of sodium lauryl sulfate(K12),cocamidopropyl betainem(CAPB)and sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate(NLS)in toothpaste.The samples were extracted by methanol:water(1:1)solution.The supernatant was separated on a C18 reversed phase column,using acetonitrile-50 mmol·L^(−1) ammonium acetate water solution as mobile phase,with charged aerosol detector(CAD).Results indicated that three surfactants had good linearity in the range of 10—2000 mg·L^(−1) with their correlation coefficient(r)more than 0.999.The average recoveries at three spiked levels ranged from 94.32%to 105.15%with their relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.82%—1.40%.The limits of detection(S/N=3)were in the range of 1.98—3.75 mg·L^(−1).This method was applied in the determination of real toothpaste samples,the results were in the range of not detected—2%.
