摘  要:LTPS–AMOLED技术已经广泛应用在柔性显示领域,但是由于脆性膜层材料限制无法直接应用于拉伸显示领域.本文以LTPS–AMOLED技术为基础结合镂空技术制备了具有岛桥结构的拉伸显示器件.为确保拉伸显示具有良好的拉伸性能,本文研究了影响拉伸性能的影响因素.首先通过研究拉伸变形机理发现拉伸结构设计时减小桥宽度、增加桥的长度、减小夹角角度和适当增大夹角半径可以更好的释放应力应变.其次研究表明拉伸过程中连接桥会产生拉应变、压应变和中性位置,金属引线位于中性位置或者压应变位置会有效减小断裂风险.连接桥的无机层裂纹产生的诱导断裂会随着其膜厚的增加而增强,而有机层可以阻隔诱导断裂并且阻隔性随着有机层厚度增加而增强,因此通过减小连接桥的无机层厚度、增加有机层厚度可有效减小无机层断裂产生的影响.最后制备了2.3 inch的OLED可伸缩显示屏,水平方向的拉伸量可达到5%以上.The technology of LTPS–AMOLED has been widely used in the field of flexible displays,but due to the limitations of brittle films,it cannot be directly applied in the field of stretchable displays.In this paper,the stretchable display device with island–bridge structure is prepared based on LTPS–AMOLED technology and hollow technology.To ensure that the stretchable display has good stretchable properties,the influencing factors affecting stretchable properties are studied in this paper.Firstly,by researching the stretchable deformation mechanism,it is found that reducing the bridge width,increasing the length of the bridge,reducing the angle and appropriately increasing the radius of the stretchable structure can better release the stress strain.Secondly,the research has shown that tensile strain,compressive strain and neutral position will occur above the bridge when the stretchable display was stretched,and when the metal was placed in the neutral position or the compressive strain position,the fractures will be effectively reduced.The induced cracks which were caused by the fracture of the inorganic layer above the bridge will be enhanced with the increase of the film thickness.The organic layer can block the induced cracks and the barrier effect is enhanced when the thickness of the organic layer is increased.By reducing the thickness of the inorganic layer above the bridge and increasing the thickness of the organic layer,the induced crack of the inorganic layer can be effectively reduced.At last we prepared a 2.3-inch OLED stretchable display,and the stretch volume in the horizontal direction can reach more than 5%.
