摘　　要：目的:分析在为膝关节半月板损伤患者实施治疗的过程中karl storz tc200系统关节镜下手术所获得的临床治疗效果。方法:本次实验研究将2018年2月~2021年12月在本院接受膝关节半月板损伤治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为实验组(n=40,手术方法:karl storz tc200系统关节镜下手术)与对比组(n=40,手术方法:传统半月板全切术)。结果:实验组膝关节优良率、治疗后疼痛评分、日常生活能力以及相关手术指标以及并发症发生率均显著差别于对比组,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者疼痛评分、日常生活能力并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:在为膝关节半月板损伤患者实施治疗的过程中karl storz tc200系统关节镜下手术是一种理想的手术方案,获得了较为显著的临床治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of karl storz tc200 system arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of knee meniscus injury.Methods:In this experimental study,80 patients with meniscus injury of knee joint who received treatment in our hospital during 4 years(February 2018 to December 2021)were taken as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group(n=40,surgical method:arthroscopic surgery with karl storz tc 200 system)and control group(n=40,surgical method:traditional total meniscectomy)according to different treatment plans.Results:The excellent and good rate of knee joint,pain score after treatment,daily living ability,relevant surgical indexes and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in pain score and daily living ability between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The karl storz tc200 system arthroscopic surgery is an ideal method for the treatment of meniscus injury of the knee,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
