摘  要:目的:探究麻醉深度监测仪监测下不同浓度七氟醚在老年患者麻醉中的应用效果。方法:随机选择110例老年患者作为对比研究对象,在患者七氟醚呼气末浓度维持在0.6MAC(最低肺泡气有效浓度)、1.0MAC、1.3MAC三个水平状态下各15min,以麻醉深度监测仪监测并记录患者脑电双频指数(BIS)、血氧饱和度、动脉血压以及体温。结果:患者在0.6MAC、1.0MAC、1.3MAC的BIS、动脉血压以及体温较麻醉之前均有明显降低(P<0.05),并且,0.6MAC的BIS、动脉血压以及体温较1.0MAC以及1.3MAC明显更高(P<0.05);1.0MAC的BIS、血氧饱和度、动脉血压以及体温较1.3MAC无差异性(P>0.05);患者在0.6MAC、1.0MAC、1.3MAC的心率较麻醉之前均有明显升高,术后动脉血压较麻醉前明显降低(P<0.05);0.6MAC较1.0MAC、1.3MAC的术后心率以及术后清醒拔管时间明显更低,但动脉血压明显更高(P<0.05);不同麻醉深度条件下术后的血氧饱和度不存在差异性(P>0.05);此外,患者在0.6MAC、1.0MAC、1.3MAC的呼吸功能与麻醉前有一定差异,术后的呼吸功能与麻醉之前差异不大(P>0.05),0.6MAC较1.0MAC、1.3MAC的呼吸功能更低,统计学比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉深度监测仪的监测结果提示患者的BIS、血氧饱和度、动脉血压以及体温随着七氟醚使用浓度的升高而降低。Objective:To explore the application effect of sevoflurane with different concentrations under the monitoring of anesthesia depth monitor in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 110 elderly patients were randomly selected as the control subjects.Bis(bispectral index),blood oxygen saturation,arterial blood pressure and body temperature were monitored and recorded by depth of anesthesia monitor when the end expiratory concentration of sevoflurane was maintained at 0.6MAC,1.0MAC and 1.3MAC for 15 minutes.Results:The BIS,arterial blood pressure and body temperature of patients with 0.6MAC,1.0MAC and 1.3MAC were significantly lower than those before anesthesia(P<0.05),and the BIS,arterial blood pressure and body temperature of patients with 0.6MAC were significantly higher than those of patients with 1.0mac and 1.3MAC(P<0.05);The BIS,oxygen saturation,arterial blood pressure and body temperature of patients with 1.0MAC had no difference compared with those of patients with 1.3MAC(P>0.05);The heart rate of patients at 0.6MAC,1.0MAC and 1.3MAC was significantly higher than that before anesthesia,and the arterial blood pressure after operation was significantly lower than that before anesthesia(P<0.05);Compared with 1.0MAC and 1.3MAC,the heart rate of 0.6MAC was significantly lower and the time of decannulation was significantly shorter,but the arterial blood pressure was significantly higher(P<0.05);There was no difference in postoperative blood oxygen saturation under different anesthesia depths(P>0.05);In addition,the respiratory function of patients at 0.6MAC,1.0MAC and 1.3MAC was somewhat different from that before anesthesia,and the postoperative respiratory function was not significantly different from that before anesthesia(P>0.05).The respiratory function at 0.6MAC was lower than that at 1.0MAC and 1.3MAC,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The monitoring results of anesthesia depth monitor indicate that BIS,SpO2,arterial blood pressure and body temperature decrease with the increa
