CT诊断结肠癌致肠梗阻的78例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察78例结肠癌致肠梗阻经CT诊断结果。方法:本文选取2018年5月~2021年5月医院收治的78例结肠癌致肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受X射线检查,CT检查,观察患者肠梗阻检出率、结肠癌病因检出率、直接征象检出率、间接征象检出率。结果:CT诊断检出率高于X射线诊断检出率,CT诊断在累及周边脏器组织、狭窄段、正常肠管与狭窄段交界处变化方面高于X射线诊断,CT诊断在结肠梗阻、盲肠扩张、缺血性结肠炎方面高于X射线检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对结肠癌致肠梗阻患者,经CT诊断,能够有效提升患者检出率,有利于明确患者病情以及病因,诊断效果显著。Objective:To observe the CT diagnosis results of 78 cases of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.Methods:78 patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research object.All patients underwent X-ray examination and CT examination.The detection rate of intestinal obstruction,etiology,direct signs and indirect signs were observed.Results:The detection rate of CT diagnosis was higher than that of X-ray diagnosis.The detection rate of CT diagnosis was higher than that of X-ray diagnosis in involving peripheral organs and tissues,narrow segments,and the change of the junction between normal bowel and narrow segments.The detection rate of CT diagnosis was higher than that of X-ray diagnosis in colon obstruction,cecal dilatation and ischemic colitis(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer,CT diagnosis can effectively improve the detection rate of patients,help to clarify the condition and etiology of patients,and the diagnostic effect is significant.
