DR平片与64排螺旋CT三维重建对于外伤性肋骨骨折的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的:对外伤性肋骨骨折患者实施DR平片与64排螺旋CT三维重建的临床效果进行分析与对比。方法:将2019年4月~2021年4月本院收治的135例外伤性肋骨骨折患者作为此次评估对象,所有患者均给予DR平片与64排螺旋CT三维重建诊断,以人工专业诊断为金标准,分析两组患者各指标检出情况并计算诊断准确率。结果:与DR平片检查措施相比,64排螺旋CT三维重建检查对疾病诊断准确率更高,两组数据差异较大,具有统计学对比研究意义(P<0.05);DR平片诊断漏诊23例(共计36处),靠近肋软骨、肋骨弓部、靠近胸椎、腋段肋骨、膈下肋骨分别为20处(55.56%)、5处(13.89%)、4处(11.11%)、4处(11.11%)、3处(8.33%);64排螺旋CT三维重建诊断漏诊6例(共计10处),靠近肋软骨、靠近胸椎分别为6处(60.00%)、4处(40.00%)。结论:64排螺旋CT三维重建检查效果相较于DR平片显著,可以有效提升疾病诊断准确率,对后续疾病治疗具有积极意义。Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical effects of DR plain film and 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in patients with traumatic rib fractures.Methods:135 patients with traumatic rib fracture admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were taken as the evaluation objects.All patients were given DR plain film and 64 slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction diagnosis.With the artificial professional diagnosis as the gold standard,the detection of each index of the two groups of patients was analyzed and the diagnostic accuracy was calculated.Results:Compared with DR plain film examination,64 slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction examination has a higher accuracy in disease diagnosis,and there is a large difference between the two groups of data,which is statistically significant(P<0.05);DR plain film diagnosis missed 23 cases(36 in total),20(55.56%),5(13.89%),4(11.11%),4(11.11%)and 3(8.33%)near costal cartilage,rib arch,thoracic vertebra,axillary rib and subphrenic rib respectively;6 cases(10 in total)were missed in 64 slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction diagnosis,6(60.00%)were close to costal cartilage and 4(40.00%)were close to thoracic vertebra.Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction has a significant effect compared with DR plain film,which can effectively improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and has positive significance for subsequent disease treatment.
