摘　　要：目的:研究和分析CT设备中球管维护及检测方法。方法:本院2010年引入东芝64排CT机一台,回顾性分析CT机球管的故障发生情况及球管维护方法。CT球管故障发生的原因:球管漏油及管套内高压打火、油循环停止或者球管过热、旋转阳极不旋转、管芯玻壳破损或者管芯真空度降低、灯丝开路等;CT球管维护方法:使用前提前预热、控制曝光条件、有效控制温湿度及检测环境、控制球管旋转阳极及灯丝空耗。结果:2010年~2019年CT机使用10年时间内共计更换4支球管,在总结球管使用经验后不断强化球管维护措施,使得球管使用寿命明显延长。结论:CT设备在使用过程中,对球管加强维护并定时进行检测与保养,才能确保CT机始终处于良好的状态下运行,有助于延长CT球管使用寿命,同时也能保证医院工作的正常进行,为患者提供准确的检测结果。Objective:To study and analyze the maintenance and inspection methods of tube in CT equipment.Methods:Our hospital introduced a Toshiba 64-row CT machine in 2010 to retrospectively analyze the failure of the CT machine tube and the tube maintenance method.Causes of CT tube failure:oil leakage in the tube and high-pressure ignition in the tube sleeve,oil circulation stop or tube overheating,rotating anode not rotating,tube core glass bulb damage or tube core vacuum reduced,filament open circuit,etc.;CT Tube maintenance method:preheat before use,control exposure conditions,effectively control temperature and humidity and test environment,control the empty consumption of tube rotating anode.Results:From 2010 to 2019,a total of 4 bulbs were replaced within 10 years of use of the CT machine.After summing up the experience of the bulbs,the maintenance measures for the bulbs were continuously strengthened,which significantly extended the service life of the bulbs.Conclusion:During the use of CT equipment,strengthen the maintenance of the tube and perform regular inspection and maintenance to ensure that the CT machine is always running in a good condition,which helps to extend the service life of the CT tube and also ensures the normal operation of the hospital.Provide patients with accurate test results.
