摘　　要：文章介绍了天津医科大学肿瘤医院危急值管理系统的设计思路、技术方案和应用效果。通过详尽的需求调研分析,构建了统一消息服务平台,使得患者危急值能够在临床系统和医技系统之间高效、有序传递,确保医护人员能够及时获取患者危急值并立刻处置,从而最大限度地实现患者安全目标。This paper introduces the design idea,technical scheme and application effect of critical value management system in Tianjin Medical University Tumor Hospital.Through detailed demand investigation and analysis,a unified message service platform is constructed,so that the critical value of a patient can be efficiently and orderly transmitted between a clinical system and a medical technology system,medical staff can be ensured to timely acquire the critical value of the patient and immediately dispose of the critical value,and the patient safety target is achieved to the maximum extent.
