摘　　要：目的:分析比较丹麦雷度Radiometer(ABL90FLEX)血气分析仪与生化分析仪的静脉血钾(K^(+))、血钠(Na^(+))、血钙(Ca^(2+))、血糖(GLu)检测结果。方法:纳入2020年1月~2021年12月在本院接受住院治疗的患者66例为研究对象,在为患者实施静脉血检测的过程中将同部位、同时间采集的血液标本分别借助血气分析仪[丹麦雷度Radiometer(ABL90FLEX)]与生化分析仪检测,对比分析具体的检测结果。结果:血气分析仪检测K^(+)、Na^(+)与GLu均存在相关性,检测结果中K^(+)与生化分析仪相比明显较低,GLu则显著较高,P<0.05;而检测Na^(+)结果差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。血气分析仪与生化分析仪检测Ca^(2+)并无显著相关性。结论:丹麦雷度Radiometer(ABL90FLEX)血气分析仪检测静脉血K^(+)、Na^(+)、GLu的数据可以用于临床评估患者病情,而Ca^(2+)结果则不建议应用于患者病情评估。Objective:To analyze and compare the results of potassium(K^(+)),sodium(Na^(+)),calcium(Ca^(2+))and glucose(GLu)in venous blood Danish Radiometer(ABL90FLEX)and biochemical analyzer.Methods:66 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled in this study,in the process of venous blood testing,the blood samples collected at the same place and at the same time were detected with the help of blood gas analyzer[Danish Radiometer(ABL90FLEX)]and biochemical analyzer respectively,and the concrete results were compared and analyzed.Results:The results showed that the levels of K^(+),Na^(+)and GLu in the blood gas analyzer were significantly lower than those in the biochemical analyzer,while the levels of GLu were significantly higher,P<0.05;There was no significant difference in the results of Na^(+),P>0.05.There was no significant correlation between blood gas analyzer and biochemical analyzer for CA.Conclusion:The data of K^(+),Na^(+)and GLu measured by Danish Radiometer(ABL90FLEX)can be used for clinical evaluation of patients’condition,but Ca^(2+)is not recommended for clinical evaluation of patients’condition.
