磁共振增强扫描与CT增强扫描在肝癌介入栓塞术后诊断中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:分析磁共振增强扫描和CT增强扫描在肝癌介入栓塞治疗后的诊断价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年1月本院收治的肝癌患者100例进行研究,将其随机分成两组,根据检查方式的不同,对前50例患者应用CT增强扫描进行扫描,并设为对照组,对后50例患者应用磁共振增强扫描进行扫描,并设为观察组,观察两组患者的残留动脉期强化区评分及增强图像情况、肝脏肿瘤病灶评分。结果:二者在残留动脉期强化区分数上无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是观察组在增强图像的最大直径和最小短径上更优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组肝脏肿瘤病灶评分(3.17±0.26)分,与对照组相比无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:在肝癌介入栓塞治疗后,磁共振增强扫描对治疗后患者的肝内病灶进行扫描,其检出率更高,对治疗后残留病灶具有更高的研究价值。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced MRI and contrast-enhanced CT after interventional embolization for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:Select 100 liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 for research,and randomly divide them into two groups.According to the different examination methods,the first 50 patients will be scanned with enhanced CT.As the routine group,the last 50 patients were scanned with enhanced NMR and set as the study group.The residual arterial phase enhancement zone scores,enhanced images,and liver tumor lesion scores were observed in the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the residual arterial phase(P>0.05);However,the observation group was better than the control group in the maximum diameter and minimum short diameter of enhanced images(P<0.05);The score of liver tumor focus in the observation group was(3.17±0.26),compared with that in the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion:After interventional embolization of liver cancer,contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance scan can scan the intrahepatic diseases of patients after treatment,which has higher detection rate and higher research value for residual diseases after treatment.
