摘 要:目的:探索冠脉追踪冻结技术(Snap Shot Freeze,SSF)对自由呼吸下、宽体探测单次心动周期冠脉CT造影(Coronary CT Angiography,CCTA)成像质量的影响。方法:收集2022年1月~2022年9月本院行CCTA检查的患者440例为观察对象,所有患者均选择“one beat”扫描模式在一次心跳内完成扫描。最终纳入回顾性重建分析410例患者图像资料,根据扫描所采屏气方式不同,将入组患者分为常规屏气组(n=265)和自由呼吸组(n=145)。两组组数据均行标准算法和SSF运动校正算法重建图像,并分别进行图像质量评价。结果:常规屏气组与自由呼吸组内有SSF算法的图像其图像质量均优于标准算法图像质量,但2组间有SSF算法的图像其平均图像质量得分之间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。自由呼吸组SSF算法与标准算法的图像质量评分差值显著大于常规屏气组差异有统计学意义[(1.00±2.00),(0.25±1.25)分,P<0.05],即与常规屏气组图像相比,SSF算法的图像质量显著优于自由呼吸组图像质量。结论:SSF算法可大大改善CCTA图像质量,特别是对自由呼吸或屏气不佳状态下扫描的CCTA图像,可大幅改善检查成功率,保证冠状动脉狭窄的精准评价。Objective:To explore the effect of coronary artery tracking freeze(SSF)on the imaging quality of CT coronary angiography(CCTA)in a single cardiac cycle with free breathing and wide body detection.Methods:440 patients who underwent CCTA examination in our hospital from January 2022 to September 2022 were collected as observation objects.All patients chose"one beat"scanning mode to complete the scanning in one heartbeat.The image data of 410 patients were retrospectively reconstructed and analyzed.According to the different breath holding methods adopted by scanning,the patients were divided into conventional breath holding group(n=265)and free breathing group(n=145).The two groups of data were reconstructed by standard algorithm and SSF motion correction algorithm,and the image quality was evaluated respectively.Results:The image quality of the images with SSF algorithm in the conventional breath holding group and the free breathing group was better than that of the standard algorithm,but there was no significant difference between the average image quality scores of the images with SSF algorithm between the two groups(all P>0.05).The difference between the image quality scores of the SSF algorithm and the standard algorithm in the free breathing group was significantly greater than that in the conventional breath holding group,which was statistically significant[(1.00±2.00),(0.25±1.25),P<0.05].That is,compared with the images of the conventional breath holding group,the image quality of the SSF algorithm was significantly better than that of the free breathing group.Conclusion:SSF algorithm can greatly improve the image quality of CCTA,especially for the CCTA images scanned under the condition of free breathing or poor breath holding,which can greatly improve the inspection success rate and ensure the accurate evaluation of coronary artery stenosis.
