摘　　要：目的:分析24h血压动态监测仪在冠心病合并高血压患者治疗中的效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年1月在本院进行诊治的冠心病合并高血压患者88例为研究对象,采用随机数表方法,将研究对象按每组44例分为对照组和观察组。对于对照组的患者进行随机偶测血压法,观察组的患者则实施24h血压动态监测。对比两组患者血压、监测满意情况和生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者白天、夜间、24h平均舒张压、平均收缩压均低于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组24h舒张压总负荷高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组24h收缩压总负荷差异不显著,无统计学意义,P>0.05。观察组患者的监测满意度为95.45%,明显高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者GQOLI74评分明显高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在冠心病合并高血压患者血压水平监测过程中,采用24h血压动态监测仪可全面掌握患者的血压状况,有效提升患者的监测满意度,更有利于达到预期监测效果,从而更好地预测患者的实际病情程度,及时采取相对应的治疗措施,防止病情进一步恶化。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of 24h blood pressure dynamic monitor in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods:88 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects.The study objects were divided into control group and observation group according to 44 cases in each group by using random number table method.The patients in the control group were randomly and occasionally measured their blood pressure,while the patients in the observation group were monitored dynamically for 24h.The blood pressure,monitoring satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The mean diastolic blood pressure and mean systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group during the day,night and 24h,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total diastolic blood pressure load at 24h in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 24h total systolic blood pressure load between the two groups(P>0.05).The monitoring satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).GQOLI74 score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By using 24h blood pressure dynamic monitor,the blood pressure condition of the patients can be fully grasped,and the monitoring satisfaction of the patients can be effectively improved.
