摘 要:目的:分析可视喉镜用于全身麻醉气管插管中的价值与患者安全性情况。方法:选择2019年6月~2020年8月本院收治的全身麻醉气管插管患者200例为观察对象,伦理委员会批准同意,患者知情参与。采取随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=100)患者采取直接喉镜,观察组(n=100)患者采取可视喉镜。比较2组患者的首次插管成功率、气管插管时间、声门暴露时间、环状软骨按压次数以及相关并发症发生情况。结果:组间首次插管成功率比较,观察组患者首次插管成功率100.00%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);组间气管插管、声门暴露时间以及环状软骨按压次数情况比较,观察组患者的气管插管时间(15.20±2.30)min、声门暴露时间(4.60±0.60)s、环状软骨按压次数(12.50±2.50)次均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);组间声音嘶哑、咽部疼痛等相关并发症发生情况比较,观察组患者总发生率10.00%明显低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论:全身麻醉气管插管中可视喉镜的运用整体效果理想,成功提高了患者的插管成功率,降低了声音嘶哑、咽部疼痛等并发症发生风险,合理缩短了插管时间,满足患者治疗需求。Objective:To analyze the value of visual laryngoscope for tracheal intubation in general anesthesia and the safety of patients.Methods:Select 200 patients with general anesthesia for tracheal intubation in our hospital from June 2019 to August 2020,approved by the ethics committee,and informed participation of the patients.Groups were grouped by random number table.Patients in the control group(n=100)were given direct laryngoscopy,and patients in the observation group(n=100)were given visual laryngoscopy.The first intubation success rate,tracheal intubation time,glottis exposure time,cricoid compression times,and related complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Comparison of the first intubation success rate between the groups.The first intubation success rate of the observation group was 100.00% higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05);The comparison of tracheal intubation,glottis exposure time and cricoid compressions between groups.The observation group’s tracheal intubation time(15.20±2.30)min,glottis exposure time(4.60±0.60)s,and cricoid compressions(12.50±2.50)times were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the occurrence of related complications such as hoarseness and pharyngeal pain,the total incidence of 10.00% in the observation group was significantly lower than 24.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect of the application of visual laryngoscope in tracheal intubation under general anesthesia is ideal.It successfully improves the success rate of intubation of patients,reduces the risk of complications such as hoarseness and pharyngeal pain,and reasonably shortens the intubation time.Patient data needs.
