摘　　要：目的:分析超声联合宫腔镜在内突型壁间子宫肌瘤(Uterine Myoma,UM)治疗过程中的临床应用效果。方法:纳入2021年1月~12月在医院接受超声联合宫腔镜治疗的内突型壁间UM患者21例作为观察组,将同期在医院接受开腹手术治疗的内突型壁间UM患者21例作为对照组。结果:统计学分析后可知,观察组患者手术与住院时间均相对较短,术中出血量较少,术后并发症发生率相对较低且术后1个月、3个月、6个月子宫肌层愈合率更高,与对照组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05。两组患者术后12个月子宫肌层愈合情况、妊娠率、复发率并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:作为内突型壁间UM患者实施治疗的过程中超声联合宫腔镜的应用获得了较为显著的治疗效果与安全性。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with protruding uterine myoma(UM).Methods:From January to December 2021,21 patients with intramural protrusion UM who received ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in hospital were included as the observation group,and 21 patients with intramural protrusion UM who received laparotomy in hospital at the same time were included as the control group.Results:After statistical analysis,the observation group patients with relatively short operation and hospital stay,less blood loss during the operation,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower and the myometrium healing rate was higher at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in myometrium healing,pregnancy rate and recurrence rate between the two groups 12 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy is an effective and safe method for the treatment of UM with internal protrusion.
