个案护理管理模式在ACOS患者中的应用效果及对应对方式和肺功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析个案护理管理模式在哮喘-慢性肺重叠综合征(ACOS)患者中的应用效果及对应对方式和肺功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年1月在本院诊治的78例ACOS患者,以随机数字表法将其分为常规组(39例,常规护理管理)和研究组(39例,个案护理管理模式)。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,研究组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)、最大呼气流量(PEF)均高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的积极应对、纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)评分高于常规组,消极应对、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 个案护理管理模式应用于ACOS患者中,不仅能缓解病情、提升肺功能,还能改变其对疾病、生活的应对方式。Objective To analyze the application effect of case nursing management mode in patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome(ACOS) and its influences on coping style and pulmonary function recovery. Methods A total of 78 patients with ACOS diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into routine group(39 cases, routine nursing management) and study group(39 cases, case nursing management mode) by random number table method. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention, forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1), forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC) and peak expiratory flow(PEF) in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of positive coping and Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS) in the study group were higher than those in the routine group, and the scores of negative coping and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Assessment Test(CAT) were lower than those in the routine group(P <0.05).Conclusion Case nursing management mode applied to ACOS patients can not only alleviate the disease and improve pulmonary function, but also change their response to disease and life.
