摘　　要：目的 探究快速康复外科护理在输卵管积水患者宫腹腔镜手术中的应用效果及对术后恢复的影响。方法 选取2019年5月至2021年5月在我院实施宫腹腔镜手术治疗的66例输卵管积水患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签法将其分为参照组与试验组,各33例。参照组行常规护理,试验组行快速康复外科护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果 试验组的手术成功率高于参照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的术后进水时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、输液持续时间、疼痛持续时间以及总住院时间均短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d,试验组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及平均动脉压(MAP)、心率、脉搏均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 快速康复外科护理在输卵管积水宫腹腔镜手术中的应用效果显著,有利于促进患者更快恢复,提升对于手术的耐受力。Objective To investigate the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing in hysteroscopy-laparoscopy surgery for patients with hydrosalpinx and its influence on postoperative recovery. Methods A total of 66 patients with hydrosalpinx who underwent hysteroscopy-laparoscopy surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random lottery method, the patients were divided into reference group and experimental group, with 33 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of operation in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The postoperative drink water time, eating time, ambulation time, infusion duration, pain duration and total hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). One day after operation, the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores, and mean arterial pressure(MAP), heart rate, pulse in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing applied in hysteroscopy-laparoscopy surgery for hydrosalpinx has significant effect, which is conducive to promote faster recovery of patients, improve tolerance for surgery.
