摘　　要：目的 探讨基于同质医疗理念的护理模式结合健康日记对结肠息肉患者服药依从性、心理弹性及复发率的影响。方法 择取2019年1月至2020年5月我院收治的102例结肠息肉患者为研究对象,根据护理方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上加施基于同质医疗理念的护理模式结合健康日记。比较两组的服药依从性、心理弹性、并发症发生情况及复发率。结果 干预后3、5、7 d,观察组的Morisky服药依从性量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的心理弹性量表中文版(CD-RISC)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率及复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于同质医疗理念的护理模式结合健康日记可提高结肠息肉患者服药依从性,改善其心理弹性,降低结肠息肉复发率,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of the nursing model based on homogenous medical concept combined with health diary on the medication compliance, psychological resilience and recurrence rate of patients with colon polyps.Methods A total of 102 patients with colon polyps admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing programs, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing model based on homogenous medical concept combined with health diary on the basis of the nursing plan of the control group. The medication compliance, psychological resilience, occurrence of complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results At 3, 5 and 7 d after intervention, the Morisky medication compliance scale score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) scores of all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing model based on homogenous medical concept combined with health diary can improve the medication compliance of patients, ameliorate the psychological resilience, and reduce the recurrence rate with colon polyps, which is worthy of promotion.
