摘 要:目的 探讨医学营养管理结合护患互动达标模式在妊娠期高血压患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2021年1月我院收治的150例妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象,以抽签法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上给予医学营养管理结合护患互动达标模式干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的体质量指数(BMI)、体脂率低于对照组,白蛋白(ALB)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的早产、产后出血、胎儿宫内生长受限、新生儿窒息发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 医学营养管理结合护患互动达标模式干预能有效改善妊娠期高血压患者的营养状态,提高血压控制效果,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of medical nutrition management combined with nurse-patient interaction standard model in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods A total of 150 patients with gestational hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given medical nutrition management combined with nurse-patient interaction standard model intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the body mass index(BMI) and body fat rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the level of albumin(ALB) was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The incidences of premature delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, intrauterine growth restriction and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Medical nutrition management combined with nurse-patient interaction standard model intervention can effectively ameliorate the nutritional status of patients with gestational hypertension, improve the effect of blood pressure control, and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, which is worth promoting.
