SLE患儿主要照顾者家庭复原力的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患儿主要照顾者家庭复原力现状及其影响因素。方法:选取南京医科大学附属儿童医院就诊的SLE患儿主要照顾者为研究对象(共纳入213例),采用一般资料调查表、家庭复原力评估量表、家庭功能评定量表及简易应对方式量表对患儿主要照顾者进行调查。结果:SLE患儿主要照顾者家庭复原力得分为(126.84±14.43)分,家庭功能总分为(28.16±4.94)分,应对方式总分为(30.53±7.84)分;多重线性回归分析结果显示,患儿病程长、家庭月收入高、家庭功能健康及应对方式(积极),家庭复原力得分高(P<0.01)。结论:SLE患儿主要照顾者的家庭复原力受到患儿病程、家庭人均月收入、家庭功能及应对方式的影响。Objective:To investigate the current status and factors affecting the family resilience among primary caregivers of children with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:The primary caregivers of children with SLE visited the Children′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were included as study subjects(n=213),and underwent survey using the general information questionnaire,family resilience assessment scale,family function assessment scale and simple coping style scale.Results:The scoring on family resilience of the primary caregivers of children with SLE was 126.84±14.43.The total score of family function and the total score of coping style were 28.16±4.94 and 30.53±7.84,respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the family resilience score was higher in children with long course of disease,whose family monthly income was higher,and with healthy family function and better positive coping style(P<0.01).Conclusion:The family resilience among primary caregivers of children with SLE is affected by the course of the disease,monthly income for per capita in the family,family functions,and coping styles.
