摘 要:目的:了解饮酒习惯和睡眠时长对居民体质量指数(BMI)值的影响及其交互作用,为预防居民肥胖提供合理的依据。方法:本研究采取随机抽样和非随机抽样的方式于2021年1~4月在安徽地区抽取3072位居民,问卷调查人口学信息、采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、自制健康行为量表、体格检查。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行χ^(2)检验、多因素Logistic回归分析饮酒习惯和睡眠时长对居民BMI的影响。结果:3072名调查对象中,BMI≥24 kg/m 2的居民有688(22.40%)人;睡眠时长、饮酒习惯在检出居民超重中的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:充足的睡眠和良好的饮酒习惯有助于降低BMI,预防肥胖相关疾病的发生。Objective:To investigate the effects of drinking habit and sleep duration on and interaction with body mass index(BMI)in residents for reasonable basis in prevention of obesity.Methods:In total,3072 residents in Anhui area were selected using random and non-random sampling methods from January to April of 2021,and surveyed by questionnaire that included demographical information,Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI),self-programmed health behavior scale,and physical examination.The results were verified asχ^(2) using software SPSS 26.0.Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the effects drinking habit and sleep duration on BMI.Results:BMI≥24 kg/m 2 was found in 688 of the 3072 respondents(22.40%).The difference was significant in sleep duration and drinking habits among the overweight residents(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Adequate sleep and good drinking habits are helpful to reduce BMI and prevent obesity related diseases.
