摘 要:淠河六安市城南水利枢纽工程启闭机平台施工采用贝雷桥上部搭设满堂脚手架的方式进行支撑,属于超过一般规程限制的危险性较大分部分项工程,存在众多安全难点;主要包括贝雷桥平台的固定,脚手架与贝雷桥平台连接以及高空作业安全防护等。在工程实施前对各种安全技术措施进行精心研究、数值模拟,并进行了现场物理原型加载实验与支架应力与变形监测,确认安全后才进行正式施工,既保证了工期,又确保了无安全事故发生。The construction of the hoist platform in Chennan Water Control Project of Pihe River in Lu’an City is supported by full-hall scaffold on Bailey bridge, which is a particularly dangerous sub-contract work beyond the limit of general regulations. There are many safety difficulties such as the fixing of the Bailey bridge, connection of the scaffold and the Bailey bridge platform, and the safety protection of high altitude operation. Before the actual implementation, various safety measures are carefully studied and numerically simulated, and on-site physical prototype loading experiments and stress and deformation monitoring of the support are carried out. It not only ensures the construction period, but also avoids safety accidents.
