摘 要:针对某灯泡贯流式水电站尾水闸门充水阀两种不同工况下发生振动的现象,由定性分析入手,利用水击理论及相关公式计算,验证了分析结果的正确性,并找出了发生振动的根本原因。再根据理论计算数据,采取增加充水阀配重、加长排气管长度等技术措施,并优化操作方法,完善运行管理措施,彻底消除设备隐患,保障了安全运行。Abnormal vibration is observed in the water filling valve of the tailwater gate in a bulb tubular hydropower station under two different working conditions. Qualitative analysis is carried out firstly. Then, the water hammer theory and relevant formulae are adopted to calculate and verify the results. The basic causes of the vibration are determined. Based on the theoretical calculation results, it is suggested to take technical measures such as increasing the counterweight of the water filling valve and lengthening the exhaust pipe, optimize the operation procedure, and improve the operation management means to completely eliminate the risks of the equipment and ensure the safe operation.
